Within the application, any time a booking is created there is financial tracking for each booking. To view payments made on a booking:
- Sign into your account
- On the top right click on your vendor name and you will be taken to your vendor dashboard
- The first screen you will see is the “Manage Orders” screen. Find the order you would like to see and click on the order number.
- Now you are on the order details page.
- On the top click on the ” Transactions” tab
- Within the “Transactions” tab you will see all the charges and refund records linked to that booking.
(Each booking has its own transaction log screen that allows you and your staff to efficiently manage your bookings)
